In the department store I found a Barbie "Princess Erika"! I was really disappointed actually in the current state of Polly Pocket and Strawberry Shortcake: just not the same anymore...

Kate and Phaa Poo--Kate was working on the image in the background of Our Lady, when Phaa Poo came by. Kate sketched her portrait. Phaa Poo is a new friend who is very lonely, with 3 children who never visit, one in prison, and her friends are only friends when they drink together. She is also quite artistic and makes rugs and hats to sell. She asked us to begin to call her "May Phoo", which is "Mom" instead of Phaa, which is like "Aunt".
